Seagull 103 is a furnished self-catering apartment located in the secure Seagull Holiday Flats complex set on the Margate beachfront, overlooking the Margate Main Beach. The complex is close to various shops and restaurants, as well as the Margate Fishing Pier.

 

Seagull 103 can accommodate up to 5 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The first bedroom contains a double bed, and the second bedroom contains 2 single beds. There is a single bed in the lounge area. The bathroom contains a bath and a shower, a toilet and a washbasin.

 

The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering with a fridge-freezer, stove and oven, kettle, toaster, microwave, and a breakfast bar with stools. The dining area contains a 6-seater dining table and chairs. The lounge contains an additional single bed, seating, and a flat-screen TV with a selection of DStv channels.

 

The Seagull Holiday Flats complex offers a large communal infinity pool, braai facilities, and secure parking. There is a children’s play room with a giant chess set.

  • - Please note that an R450 admin fee and R600 refundable breakage deposit fee is payable before arrival and is not included in the rate. - The reservation agreement that will be sent to client after deposit was paid must be filled in and sent back before arrival. No keys will be released without the necessary documentation returned to Just Property. - The breakage deposit will be refunded in the following month after departure, less any deductions for breakages. - Should the property be damaged either wilfully or not, by negligence or not, by yourself or any other, you agree to pay for the said damages if it exceeds the amount held via the breakage deposit. - Should you arrive at the property and find that there are damages, the onus is upon you to inform our offices immediately. - The breakage deposit will be held in trust and released to the bank account nominated by yourself. - Please remember to email us your account details. - Please do not exceed the maximum number of people allowed in the unit. Failure to comply with this request will result in eviction with no refund and no notice period. - A non-refundable cancellation fee of R500 will be levied on all cancellations. This R500 is over and above the percentage already stated as the cancellation fee. - No smoking is allowed inside any of the units, flats or houses, should you smoke in the house you will lose your breakage deposit in full. - Don’t forget to bring the following: - Towels for swimming and bathing. - DStv decoder with the remote and card. - Your own cleaning chemicals and toilet paper for during your stay. We provide the first roll of toilet paper for each bathroom. - Should you require the unit to be serviced, please inform us 24 hours before the required service. - We do not provide a cleaning service but it can be arranged with us and will be paid for separately to the lady who is assigned to the unit. The tenant will need to pick the lady up at 8 am from our office. - Cleaning services are not available on Sundays and public holidays. - Check in no earlier than 14:00. - No keys can be released without full and final settlement. - Please ensure that the full balance outstanding is reflected in our bank account 7 days prior to arrival. Breakage Deposit A refundable breakage deposit of R 600 is payable directly to the establishment.
