PRIMI – Constantia

PRIMI Buzz may take on the rustic farmstyle charm of the Cape winelands but the pace of this restaurant certainly doesn’t match the setting. Although it’s in the suburbs, it still offers that urban energy synonymous with what you expect from PRIMI. Along with the good food and superb service you will find authentic PRIMI atmosphere.
Inspired by Italian tradition but influenced by the cosmopolitan present with Traditional, Gourmet and Comfort Food offerings. The food is a masterful display of culinary simplicity and complexity in perfect harmony, with all menu items freshly prepared from scratch using only the finest sourced ingredients. Meals are prepared with the the healthier options of preparation; with ingredients lightly sautéed, seared, grilled, cooked al dente and burgers iron- pressed ensuring the natural flavours and integrity of the ingredients are prominent.
PRIMI is all about best efforts to serve an inspired experience of exceptional food and service- and of course real, healthy, value for money!
And it starts at the top. Francesco Zanasi is known for putting his all into PRIMI. “When I die, I don’t want to be remembered for running a restaurant, I want to be remembered for having changed people’s lives, having made a difference.” That’s why the restaurant’s constant electric character echoes the PRIMI philosophy – that “work is love made visible.”
The dynamic, unpretentious atmosphere at PRIMI works for both serious business talk and for social chitchat, and for everything in-between. It’s a good place for the family and an even better place for inspired get-togethers
