Bedrooms are equipped with a kitchenette, TV, premium DSTV and air-conditioning for a comfortable stay. Guests are provided premium quality linen as well as beach and bath towels. Daily cleaning service is included. The property is gated with ample parking and an alarm system linked to 24-hour response. The guest house is in walking distance to swimming and rock beaches. This is more than just a rental house.

  • TERMS AND CONDITIONS ·         Payment of the booking deposit constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. ·         Should you wish to confirm this booking, please ensure that the deposit is in our account before the due date to avoid cancellation. Please be advised that 50% of the total quote is required for all bookings. Failure to pay deposit by the stipulated date will result in cancellation of the provisional booking and the Owners will retain the right to re-hire it to another client. ·         Please quote your Name on your deposit slip whenever you make a deposit. Only electronic payments or direct bank deposits - REGRETFULLY NO CHEQUE DEPOSITS ACCEPTED. Cash deposits will attract bank charges and be deducted off your Key and Breakage deposit. ·         NO KEYS WILL BE RELEASED WITHOUT FULL & FINAL PAYMENT. ·         A breakage deposit of R2000 per booking will be retained. The deposit will be refunded approximately two weeks after your departure less any deductions necessary. You will receive the deposit through a bank transfer to the bank account that you stipulate. ·         Inventories must be checked by the tenant upon arrival, and any discrepancies reported within 12 hours of arrival. If no shortages or damages are reported, the contents of the units will be regarded as correct and the tenants will be held responsible for any shortages or breakages incurred. Please note that the unit is only inspected after the client has vacated the premises. ·         On departure tenants are required to leave the unit in a clean and tidy state, if not, a cleaning fee is deducted from the breakage deposit. ·         Any damage to the property immoveable or moveable, save for wear and tear, which is not covered by the Key & Breakage deposit will be for the guest account and invoiced to the guest for payment. ·         Conditions of lease: The premises are let for holiday purposes ONLY and only for the period stated on the booking letter. NO weddings, parties, or large gatherings are allowed. The number of people occupying the premises must not exceed the maximum tenants the house provides for (children inclusive). ·         Tenants will not be allowed to enter and or occupy the unit where their numbers exceed maximum tenants per unit, in which case guests forfeit their full fees and deposit. ·         Tenants and their visitors must abide by our terms and the rules of the local Municipality bi-laws so as to avoid eviction of tenants or their guests. The owner reserves the right to remove tenants if they are drunken and disorderly or cause a disturbance of the peace in which case tenants forfeit their full fees and deposit. A R1000 fine will be imposed per complaint whereby police are called to the house. ·         NON SMOKING this is a non-smoking residential property. Total forfeiture of key/breakage deposit to steam clean carpets, curtains, furniture will be implemented and a further R1000 fine will be imposed for smoking indoors. Any furniture damaged with cigarette burns will be charged at full replacement cost (including delivery and installation). ·         NO PETS are allowed unless written approval is given my management. ·         FOR ALL BOOKINGS All bed linen, cleaning materials, toilet paper, bath and beach towels are  provided. ·         CHECK IN & CHECK OUT TIME: Arrival time is from 2:00pm and departure is strictly 10:00 am as our house keeper needs to prepare for incoming guests. Early Arrival or Late Departure must be arranged in advance. Penalty of R1000 per hour for late checkout if not agreed in advance. ·         CANCELLATION: ·         " Should you cancel your booking the administration fee will be forfeited ·         " Notice of cancellation must be given 1 (one) month in advance in writing. There is a cancellation fee of 20% ·         " Cancellations less than a month (30 days) in advance will result in the full amount being forfeited ·         " If the unit that you have booked is suddenly not available due to unforeseen circumstances we will offer you alternate accommodation or refund your payment in full. ·         PAYMENT: ·         PEAK SEASON - a deposit of 50% is required and the outstanding balance payable 30 days before arrival ·         MID/LOW SEASON - a deposit of 50% is required and the outstanding balance payable 15 days before arrival ·         DISCLAIMER: The owner, its agent/s and/or the employee/s ("OWNER"), shall not be liable for, and the guest/s hereby waive/s and abandon/s any claims of whatever nature including but not limited to that for and Death, Theft, Injury, Loss or Damage of whatever nature, against the Owner, whether arising from the Owners default, negligence or otherwise. The guest/s, in addition to the aforesaid, hereby indemnify the Owner against any claims which may arise from whatever nature, whether arising from the Owners default, negligence or otherwise. The owner, its agents and/or the employee/s ("OWNER"), shall not be liable for, and the guest/s hereby waive/s and abandon/s any claims of whatever nature including but not limited to Acts of God, Municipal services and weather, against the Owner. Guests are responsible for their own belongings.
